• Access to all lounge seating areas
• Market with coffee & snacks

• Shared workstations and computers
• Printer, shred-it box, stapler, and basic office supplies

Free Reservable Spaces (1-hour per day):

• Suite 5: Cozy lounge (seats 10)
• Suite 6: Table & chair gathering space (seats 10)

$10 cancellation fee for Suites 5 & 6 if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Additional Spaces (Available at Extra Cost):

• Suite 3: Large event space with kitchen (seats 70) – $150/hr (3-hour min)
• Suite 4: Podcast Room – $25/hr (1-hour daily limit)

• Suite 18: Presidential Suite w/ Private Bathroom – $1000/week (1-week minimum)

All executive spaces are non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
